Wow, this powder is like silk, yet it doesn't fly away, but mixes instantly with no taste. One only needs a rounded teaspoon per day, so it will last a long time.

I've been taking this product for a couple of weeks now. I can definitely notice shorter recovery times after heavy lifts. Whereas before I used to be sore for 3-4 days after a super-intense chest workout, I'm now sore maximum 1 day and fully recovered after 2. Flavor is unnoticeable but slightly gritty if consuming more than recommended in a glass of juice. Powder is totally unnoticeable in protein shake, which is how I typically consume it.
