A well balanced product with effective ingredients to take on the good. I do see the strength and muscle fullness during workouts. It helps give you that extra kick in power but it isn't jacked up with caffein so a pre-workout may still be necessary. Pills are massive and could easily block the airway if you're not careful. My guess is, in order to pack this much nutrients into one serving, it had to be that size. If you can't swallow pills easily then stay away. Once again, my main criticism is that it is tablets and not capsule form. You body does not absorb the everything in one serving when it is in tablet form.

Been using this product for 2 months now with great effect on me. Size? It's not a problem, buy a banana, take a bite, chew it and swallow it together with the tablet,,,as simple as that. After 30 minutes, you're ready to rumble!!!
