I liked this protein, due to my lactose intolerance I had to shift to using vegan protein and I am happy with this one. I am able to digest it with ease and the taste is alright for a vegan protein. I tried Vanilla chai ( basically it's cinnamon that's all you can taste). I can report that I did not have any bloating or discomfort after using this.
