The Advanced Sleep Melatonin from “Natrol” is a 2-layer controlled release tablet that releases and an initial 1mg dosage to help you fall asleep fast and stay asleep through the night. It helps to establish normal sleep patterns to give you a more restful, relaxing sleep and in turn, better overall health.
Directions Of Use
Take 1 tablet 20 minutes before bedtime.
