I observed after using this product that the muscles maintain their size despite my reduction in the use of proteins or in periods when I cannot eat sufficient quantities of protein. I was dependent on food to get protein .. What this product did was manufacture protein in the body through food .. To get more benefit, eat it with meals and with proteins .. It does not depend entirely on this product, you must support the body with sufficient proteins ..

لاحضت بعد استخدامي لهذا المنتج ان العضلات تحافظ على حجمها على الرغم من تقليلي من أسخدام البروتينات او في الفترات التي لا يمكنني فيها من تناول الكميات الكافيه من البروتين. فكان اعتمادي على الطعام للحصول على البروتين.. ما قام به هذا المنتج هو تصنيع البروتين في الجسم من خلال الطعام.. وللحصول على فائده أكثر تناولها مع الوجبات ومع البروتينات.. لا تعتمد اعتماد كلي على هذا المنتج فيجب عليك دعم الجسم بالبروتينات الكافيه..
