Directions Of Use
For a rich, thick shake, mix 31g [about 1 scoop) with 6-8 fl oz of water in a shaker or blender. If a shaker or blender is not convenient, Isopure Low Carb Protein can be stirred into solution with a spoon.

I bought it almost two weeks ago. It was delivered on time and in perfect contiotion. Mix well in water and milk. Very easy on the stomic No bloating etc. Taste is good i got Dutch chocolate. Would recommend trying it.

Tastes great! Mixes really well with a blender bottle, only problem is there is a bunch of little white chunks at the bottom. NO idea what they are, I just add some more water and swirl it around to get them out. I have lost 15lbs in 10 weeks using this protein. It was my first protein, so I'm trying others. Isopure is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. It's quality stuff and it works. I'm already seeing gains in lean muscle and my overall fitness level (Military training).

Quality is better than other protein shakes, does not feel heavy after drinking, tastes great specially with almond milk. You feel it digest fast.

I've used isopure for the last 2 years and got me great results!! i use low carb dutch chocolate, have tried ON, doesnt mix well, and taste is so so, and also GNC which is a premium high priced protein which is also okay but easiest to go down is isopure .

I actually don't have the packets, but instead the Nature's Best Isopure Low Carb 3lb container in Dutch Chocolate. I use this product after lifting and sometimes throughout the day as a meal replacement (mixed with a tsp of peanut butter and Super Seed). I have only ever gotten the Dutch Chocolate, but it is one of the better tasting powders I have tried. It can be mixed just by using a spoon (with water), but I have always had a smoother drink (when mixing with milk) when I use an immersion blender. I really think that this protein supplement has helped me to maintain/increase my strength while reducing calories. The serving size is 2 scoopfuls for 220 cal and 50g protein, but I only use half to a full scoop.

This is one of the better meal replacement shakes, especially if you are lactose intolerant! I have no stomach issues with this product unlike some of the others who advertise being lactose free. I recommend using a blender and I normally add a banana and scoop of natural peanut butter for taste.

I mean c'mon, zero to low carb protein that tastes amazing in a shake with a scoop or two of peanut butter and a banana. You can find it cheaper elsewhere but I'm not reviewing the price, just the quality of the product. Nature's best is known for having the best and it shows in their product.
